Clients

Once you have created your account, the home page becomes your dashboard for all your project management needs with a client list and an internal project list. As you can see below, the client list gives a quick snapshot of billable hours, amount paid, and amount due for that client.  The main view also has a convenient combined list of invoices and credits for all of your clients.

From home page, when you click "Select" for a certain client, this brings us to a client view. The client view allows you to see a snap shot of the projects for that client, including the project status, billable hours, amount paid, and amount due.  If "Show All" (highlighted in purple below) is unchecked, archived projects and projects waiting for customer approval which are beyond the deadline you set with both be excluded from the list.

When adding a new project, you can set "To Be Quoted" for a new proejct, but if you have an existing project and you just want to keep track on ongoing maintenance, then choose the "Maintenance" option from the select box.

Finally, please note that users can be added here.  Presently, this is used to place addresses on invoices and also to invoice customers.  Primershee allows you to store multiple users per client and to assign a particular client user per project for invoicing.  This enables the common scenario for consultants where we get utilized by a large company but in multiple departments, each of which would like their own invoices.

From here you can select a project by clicking on "Select" in the respective project row.  Learn more about projects here.
